My Portfolio
Here are some examples of the kind of work I have done. It’s the adult equivalent of drawings taped to my parent’s refrigerator.
West Coast Cycle (alternate design)
An alternate design for the e-commerce site designed to sell motorcycle accessories. We both liked this design quite a bit, but it didn’t quite fit with the image he wanted to project, so we went with the fire design.
Caseworks PDX
An acquaintance of mine told me he was starting a business building road cases for musicians. He wanted a website that communicated his brand in a simple, classic fashion. Once I designed the page, we began discussing options for the functionality of his website. After discussing what he wanted, it became clear that I could not deliver the completely custom online case builder he wanted, so I recommended he go to someone who could build what he wanted.
West Coast Cycle
An e-commerce site designed to sell motorcycle accessories. The client wanted a site on which he could begin selling his products direct to his customers. He came to me with an idea: something with metal and flames. I designed the site, and then created the e-commerce engine on which it runs. I created a dynamic site that allows him to have complete control over his inventory, as well as a shopping cart for customers. The site is integrated with Paypal to handle the transactions, and his inventory is automatically updated as items are purchased.
Petromotion
This site was an adaptation of the customer’s previous website design. The previous design was small and inflexible, and no longer suited his needs. However, he liked the aesthetic of the site and wanted a flexible, full screen version of the same site. Through robust code and replicating the graphic elements present in his original, I was able to effectively translate the design into a full page that works well with his needs and can grow as does his business
Smockville Montessori
A Montessori pre-school and kindergarten located in Sherwood, Oregon, wanted a web presence to promote their school as well as provide information to parents who have children attending the school. Set up as a basic informational page, the site uses a basic color scheme combined with fun pictures to communicate the atmosphere of the school.
